You will find this charming 2-bedroom one bath condo located at The Cabana Club, one of Birch Bays premier family vacation locations. In 2023 this property under-went a complete refurbish. Almost everything is brand new. New paint, flooring, appliances, furniture and much more. Your condo offers a queen size bed in one room and a trundle bed that makes out into two singles in the second bedroom and a small sofa sleeper in the living room. Great for 1 adult or small children. Being on the lower level has its advantages as you can open the sliding glass door and enjoy your patio area or walk out onto the grass where you will find horseshoes, badminton, tetherball along with picnic tables and other games for your use. A few steps further and you will find the Cabana Club clubhouse, which is a popular spot to play some ping-pong, foosball or take a nice soak in the hot tub. Outside you will find our seasonal heated pool. Like beachcombing or clam digging? No problem, walk across the street and a short block down and you will find public beach access. Birch Bay also has restaurant, pubs, bike rentals, kayak rentals, or rent a golf cart and take a drive around the bay, not to mention the C Shop candy store and more all within a mile of the property. Once you stay at the Cabana Club you will know why it is the hidden gem of Birch Bay and why clients come back year after year. Laundry facilities are available in the clubhouse.
