Staff was very friendly and excellent in their duties . The first night there were people loitering outside our window till late . This was not the fault of the property just made it hard to sleep . We were on second floor and they finally stopped around 12 midnight . The property was well equipped , had all we needed for our meal preparation . The property was outstandingly clean and modern inside apt. This would be a great place to come with kids - very spacious .
We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready when we checked in. No free WiFi. Hotel staff was nice enough but not overly accommodating. We did not get the room type we had asked for. One of the two pools was closed and the other was quite a long walk from our room and no robes were provided. Bare minimum of towels and toiletries in the room. Just not overly impressed with the place for the amount of money we paid to stay there.
