Walk to Everything! Large studio with hot tub in Black Mountain

Welcome to our bright studio apartment, only 3 blocks from the center of Black Mountain on the northern edge of the Dougherty Heights Historic District. This large detached above-garage studio with skylights bringing in tons of natural light is across the deck from our shaded 1924 home just off Montreat Rd.

King-size bed, sitting area, dining area, & kitchenette. The studio is detached from the main house above the garage; outside you have your own deck space & access to the hot tub! Our pup will greet you in the yard on arrival but is never allowed in the guests' living space. We are powered by solar panels with backup battery in case of power outages.

Hot tub, Roku TV with access to Netflix & YouTube TV for local stations & sports, deck overlooking our garden with access to whatever vegetables happen to be growing during your visit.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
