Fantastic location & house

Can’t beat the proximity to Black Mountain and 40. The house exceeded expectations in terms of space and was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and glassware. The guest book might need some updating (ie. hot tub directions) but was overall appreciated for its helpfulness and local suggestions. Great stay!

Peaceful and clean

The house was extremely clean and comfortable, large enough to accommodate our family with space to spare. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to make dinner. Loved that we were able to bring our fur baby. My fiancé participated in the Asheville Marathon so having the hot tub was a huge bonus for him after his race. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great house, great location

The house is very nice and in a safe, comfortable neighborhood. Interior of the home is nicer than it would appear from the outside. Communication with the property manager was very good. Would rent again.

Oaken Hill

The property is in a great location. Close to Asheville and to downtown Black Mountain. The home is very nicely decorated and the kitchen amenities were plentiful. The beds were very comfy also. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has a small group or a family trip in the future. Melissa H.
