Strong cigarette smell in room, even though entire building is smoke-free. Bathroom sink had no hot water, only ice cold. Had to use the bathtub faucet for hot water. Old and not too clean - bathroom was kind of nasty. Heat/A-C worked well and was unusually quiet. Continental breakfast was small ...

Almost everything was perfect! Extremely clean and such a cozy, real mountain cabin feel! Space and bedrooms well laid out and small details like coffee and sweeteners were provided! A great place for a getaway and to explore Black Mountain and Asheville area!
