Our room was so spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was friendly and it was a quiet enjoyable stay.

Beds are really bed. I can’t sleep whole night. Also no AC was not good for these days in LA. And they had warned after I purchased. I’ll never go again
After hour checkin process is not friendly. booked the unit with note of late checkin， no instriction was provided. contacted the office at 4 pm on the day of checkin and refused to provide access detail and said to call 800 numberafter 7pm who will release access info. it never happened. the afterhour line took long waiting to answer and refuse to release unless we stand in front of the office. its very cold night， very unfriendly setup. no site map was provuded. each stair onlycover a few units， not connected. very little lighting or signs. very hard to find the unit in a cold night. the unit interior was fine. out side access is not， the stair to directly access was blocked， have to carry luggage through long walks. no elevator of course. the staff could have emailed checkin/ access info to booking email on file. nothing was provided. our fully paid booking should entitle us to access the unit after 4pm. why the office refuse to release acess in the name of security. we travel alot. this is the worse checkin process ever.
They had a pool and jacuzzi but were in two locations. The floors and rungsnneed a good cleaning. Had 2 units and in both walking barfoot they were dirty on bottom in no time. Bathtub reflected the dirt anfter showering
A fantastic stay! Great staff at the reception, so helpful and attentive. Gave a lot of great suggestions for hiking and activities to make the stay more fun and enjoyable. Also, free breakfast twice in 5 days was an added bonus. Also, rooms have a bedroom and a living room with 2 baths and a full equipped kitchen. Great value and I would totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
