I would stay here again. The house sleeps a lot of people but we only had 3 in our party, plus dogs. The fenced yard was wonderful for the dogs. They also had a great vacation. I loved the sauna, hot tub, extra space, extra parking, and nice tranquil setting. We also were able to launch a kayak in the back from the beach. I feel refreshed and ready to face life again. The downstairs of the house was very roomy and open to the kitchen. The large covered deck was awesome for us to sit out on with our dogs and relax. Large Samsung TV to watch in the evening before heading up to bed.

The overall space was nice. But cottage needs some major rehab. Patio was large. Yard needs major attention. Mostly dirt and rocks. No lighting. Downstairs flooring to kitchen starting to buckle was concerning. Kitchen small galley style. Lacked everyday utensils, pots and pans. Service for 8 but restricted to 6 guests. Four bedrooms but only 6 guests? Beds very soft. All furniture needs to be replaced. Stairs to second floor steep and narrow. Bathrooms semi updated with new tile showers (no bath tub) but no anti-slip mats so very slippery floors. No towel bars. Property management lacking most of the time and difficult to get in touch with when needed. Instructions for staying and departing incomplete. Would grade as a C-.
