Our initial room was in an area where construction was being done. In addition to the noise there was a strong chemical smell. After informing the front desk she moved us to another room, very old and outdated and very stuffy. The clerk was apologetic and offered us a 3rd room, however when we went there it was not cleaned. Eventually the 3rd room was cleaned. However from 10-11pm some very loud guests could be heard talking nearly the entire hour. Unfortunately it was not the best experience.

Staff was helpful, the pool was the perfect temperature, the rooms are dated but having a fireplace inside the room though smokey was really nice. Amazing location I would definitely go back. Was a great rate for the space

Great and affordable

It was a great and affordable stay especially being so close to the strip and being around a ton of food places and grocery stores. Other than that the only reason I didn't give this stay a 5 is because the room smelled like dirty diapers. I'm used to it since we have 2 littles, but again nothing but a couple of smell good spray and we're golden!

I liked the cottage setting and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property is very run down and in a very obvious state of neglect. The bedding was clean, but the chair in the room was full of crumbs and dirt in the seams around the cushion. The hot water was non existent twice during my stay. The room had only one chair to sit on unless you brought patio chairs inside. No table, desk, or other surface for eating or writing, etc. The floor felt sticky and unclean. The jacuzzi tub was lined with some sort of rubberized coating that was full of cracks from aging, and probably impossible to sanitize. The washcloths provided were more like microfiber cloths, but the towels were OK. Our room was on the street side of the building and the road noise was excessive. Sorry for the poor review, but I will probably find somewhere else to stay on my next visit.

PROS: Front desk staff are friendly and kind. Facility is dog friendly. Location is within walking distance of The Village. The spa tub was in working order and was clean. CONS: Facility was not well maintained. We stayed in the "Kinderhous" where the stairs are decorated with spider webs that weren't knocked down all week. Our showerhead was cracked, spraying water on the walls. Maintenance came and replaced it immediately when we called it in. The bathroom sink's aerator also needed service, so the faucet was spraying water out the sides because of it. We called it in too, but maintenance never came to fix it. The mirror over the spa tub was obviously dirty, so that gave us pause to cleanliness. We went outside to enjoy the patio, but the seating was filty and spider webs had taken over. We had to clean it ourselves just to be able to sit in the chairs. The fridge worked well (it froze our fruit), but the cabinet under the fridge is compromised with a hole from dry rot. Sinks and tubs have finish cracks. Notes out of their control: It's not the quietest location. Road noise is loud and you can't close the main window because it has the exhaust hose for the portable air conditioner and it needs to vent. Also, the fire department is across the street, so occasionally, they have to go to work! Power company happened to shut down the power to the valley due to high winds. Unfortunately, the facility does not have generators to compensate so, no hot water for showers.

The room I was given was pretty run down. The fridge was very old and consistently running. Fridge area smelled moldy. Blinds were broken. Traffic noise was very loud. Microwave was mounted poorly, so food could slide out the front. Probably will never stay here again. Photos are false advertising.

We were drinking dirty pipe water and brought it up we should have a refund it was literally pipe water that had rubber cement and rust and that is not ok to be renting out!!

Pros: Big, spacious room. Walking distance to The Village. Cons: Pool was unexpectedly closed- the main reason I picked this location. But the room had an in-room spa which was a good substitute for the kids.
