Come explore the Quad Cities! Sleeps up to 6...2 bedroom with queen beds-2 bath tri-level with futon in lower-level TV/gaming room. Located in the Quad Cities in a peaceful, well cared for neighborhood, surrounded by parks and greenspace, several disc golf courses, it’s1 block from Duck Creek Parkway; which is a bike/walking trail that will give you access to anywhere in the Quad Cities and within 10 minutes of 2 golf courses. It is centrally located between shopping, restaurants, wineries/breweries and entertainment venues of all types. You’ll be just up the road from the Mississippi River where you can do anything from taking a lunch/dinner cruise on the Celebration Belle to enjoying a meal and a beverage on the riverfront or watching eagles at the lock and dam to ‘reeling in a big one’ fishing. You can hop on the “Channel Cat” water taxi to enjoy the water-front restaurants and shopping on the Iowa and Illinois side of the river as it has 8 stops, for a small fee you can ride all day. Being just a few blocks from I-74 gives you quick access to the Illinois side of the river also. After a day of exploring, come home and relax on the patio as you will have full access to a nicely landscaped backyard. Excellent property!

This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus.

Fabulous retreat!

Absolutely great! It seems like all amenities were considered. If I had to provide some minor constructive criticism, it would be that the basement exit was filled with leaves (true to the season). So, whenever that back door was used for the dogs, lots of leaves came into the home. Cleaning that out would make keeping the inside clean a lot easier. But, that did not impact our stay. Host was very accommodating and responsive! We will consider this host and property again.

Sister's Christmas Weekend

As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were home. So many extras in the home from Q-tips and band aides in the bathrooms to all spices in the kitchen. Just a wonderful place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend

This was our second stay here. The home is very clean and well maintained. Love the close-by trails along Duck Creek; great for walking the dog. Only rental we’ve stayed in that I truly feel that our canine child is welcomed. Couch covers (we travel with our own, lol) a large, fenced in yard, and dog waste bags all provided by our thoughtful hosts.

A great stay in every way!

I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further unless it is already booked! We will definitely return since we have lots of family in the area.

Our stay was so smooth and pleasant! This was a perfect home for our family with 3 kiddos. It was SO CLEAN! And we really appreciated all the kitchen amenities as well as the fenced in backyard. Great property & location

This house is well equipped for a wonderful stay. It is conveniently located to I-74 with lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two dogs and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is updated and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. If your looking for a property in the QC area, this is a fantastic choice.

Here for the national champs.

We were in town to visit SAU and celebrate their national champion cheer and dance teams. This house was perfectly located. We were within minutes of all things Davenport/Bettendorf. The home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival and very comfortable. Check in was smooth and while we did not need to contact the owners, I have a feeling they would be very responsive. Our pups LOVED the back yard. We only have one more year with an SAU student athlete but would happily rent this house again to visit the area.

Wonderful house

Lovely Home

This house was exceptionally clean. Everything was updated and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Owner left lots of information regarding the house and surrounding areas. Loved the short walk to the Duck Creek biking trail - great for dog walking. Nice fenced in back yard, however, if you have a small dog, there are potential escape opportunities at most of the corners. Suitcase racks in the bedrooms would be helpful!
