A beautiful place. Kitchen was very modern and well planned. We were surprised that only one of the three bedrooms was on the first floor. Since it had an adjacent bathroom it became the master bedroom.

Didn’t use the hot tub. There for a wedding and a full length mirror was the only thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Kleenex tissues are usually provided, but we purchased a couple of boxes. The home was just as pictured, very clean, comfortable bedding,and linens, nicely appointed thru out !

Extremely clean, very nice property in a very nice area. Close access to parks was great. The home itself is extremely comfortable, well furnished, and generally just very well built. It's nice to stay in a new construction home with such fancy finishes! The hot tub was in great shape and it was nice to have the garage to park in as well. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay. Close to everything. House is very clean and well stocked. Communication was great and it’s exactly as it looks. If I had one thing I would change (still 5 ) would be chairs in the sitting area. Couch is great but to just sit and watch TV at night… the two chairs are not comfortable.Bathrooms as great and large. Master suite is very nice and bed is super comfortable. Perfect location for The Momentary and the Bentonville Square. We will return for sure!

What a wonderful place for our family to stay for the weekend for a family friend’s wedding celebration! There was so much space. The bedrooms and baths all well appointed and we slept great. The kitchen was very well appointed with better pans and dishes than I have at home - time for an upgrade our place :). Garage was great. Too many rainy nights, so we didn’t use the hot tub, but the back patio area would have been perfect for it. We just loved it all. Thanks!

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed the layout and design of the property. Was very nice to have a full bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. Also, enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and short walk (10 mins) to the Bentonville Square. Also, the private back patio and hot tub is a nice addition. Only critique is it would be nice to be able to access the back door of the house. Parking is in back and you have to walk around to the front of the house to gain entry. Otherwise, the property was very clean and had all amenities (kitchen, bath, etc.) to make for a relaxing and convenient stay. Thank you

Wonderful Stay

We loved the place, had everything we needed. Clean, beautiful spaces, nicely decorated, close to everything, especially The Momentary, but also downtown Bentonville. We definitely will be back for a return visit.

I cant say enough great things about the home! The layout is perfect for a family, its in a stellar location and can walk/bike to everything! It was very clean, beds were comfy and we took advantage of the hot tub. We will definitely be staying again!

Spacious and Great location

Plenty of room for 6 adults. Lovely decor. Great location. Coffee shop just down street. Easy communication with the host. Note that you park in garage in rear but the lock to enter at check-in is on the front door. There was a nice assortment of games to play. A request would be to have an additional floor mat in bathrooms. There is one for the sink, need one in front of shower in each bathroom.

Great Holiday getaway!

We loved our stay in this cozy home right in the middle of everything! Coffee was about 20 steps away each morning, and the best food was equally as close! Wonderful visit at a super comfortable, well-thought-out home!
