We were very pleased with our stay @Happy's House. The house was very clean & equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our big crowd.

Clean place. Very close to the Darana race track. It was nice to have the fireplace in the mornings. Plenty of rooms. We will definitely rent this place again.

We were so happy with this place. The location is a straight shot to Benson. We enjoyed the front porch and the fireplace. This house is clean, roomy, lots of tv choices, nice appliances, comfortable beds, roomy, wonderful country location, quiet, some of us went on the distillery tour, which was amazing-the children played in the backyard pines needing nothing other than their imaginations. One minor suggestion is to have a mirror somewhere else in addition to the bathrooms. The check out is easy. Staying here met all of our needs. We will book again, I am sure.

Gathering Place

This property is spotless, well designed, and a perfect location for a weekend with friends. Plenty of space and well stocked. Just a few minutes from the town so easy to pick up whatever we needed. Everything feels new and is very well looked after. Lots of space inside and out. We were 7 adults and never felt crowded
