There are very few words to express how terrible this hotel is. It is dirty. It is broken. The only saving grace were the girls at the desk knew all of that and they were very sweet about it. It seems very cool to have your employees have to make up excuses for the horrid place that management has created?

the room was ok the bathroom was covered in mold. there was construction on the street out in front of the building all night long concrete grinding constant beeping of construction vehicles in reverse to catch the grindings from the conveyer of the grinder I will never stay at this location again..

Rooms are dirty. Refrigerator was covered in mold on the inside. Shower drain didn’t work so you stand in ankle deep water while showering Hot tub and sauna advertised as an amenity online but was out of order when I checked in. Tired to get a refund for the room but the manager didn’t return calls. Frint desk employees rude and dismissive. Save your money, don’t stay at this place

TV was not working in the room. Staff was helpful, polite, and accommodating, and moved us to an upgraded suite. Unfortunately the fridge was not working and our food spoiled. We just lived with it and didn't want to bother staff any more.

The staff was great but the building is in really poor shape and the first room we were given had dirty sheets. Human hairs in the bed sheets a small bug on the one pillow. Won’t stay here again.. I do want to emphasize the staff was great!! They immediately got us a different room. Very apologetic .. Brought the key up to us so we didn’t have to take all our stuff back down to the lobby. It looks like the began renovations but then stopped ..
