This could be a great hotel situated right outside the Titanic Experience. We stayed 2 weeks after it opened & they were clearly experiencing some teething problems. Most serious was being left without food on our last night after the chef went home without processing our order. Staff inexperienced at how to deal with problem. Unknown charge appeared on our bill after check-out . Still unresolved after several phone calls. Not good enough for a 4/5 star hotel !
