Great location for trains and busses. Great location for tour bus to Giant's Causeway (pick up about a block away) and fantastic place to leave our luggage before the tour. Highly recommend!

Stayed here. If you like doors slamming, like you are in prison, then book here. If you like towels stacked above the toilet, so that when the toilet is flushed, particles from the force of the flush land on towels, then book here. If you like old blood stains on bed sheets, then book here. If you like the noise and sound of bottles being emptied into recycling at 7 am, then book here. I don't like complaining like this, but the facts are the facts. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Give them 5/5 for customer service. Also, they have security at night, so that is great. In saying that, the front door of the hotel is thirty feet from the front door of a pub.

Not a great choice. The room had spiders and no air conditioning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep in the heat. I usually give hotels and their reviews the benefit of the doubt, but this time I really wish I hadn’t. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else!

Old and worn

The room was not worth the price charged. For us Canadians about $400.00 a night for a room worth no more than $150.00 tops. Old and worn in desperate need of a revamp.
