Had a great stay. Room was clean and staff was excellent. They had a good breakfast. Only issue was the A/C unit in my room was making a very loud noise, I notified the front desk and the immediately relocated me to another room.

Room was subpar, staff was decent i guess, didn't really see them much. Amenities were not goid at all. The gym was a joke, i felt unsafe on everything I tried. The breakfast was cold and some uncooked. The elevator needs serious attention!

Clean, simple, basic. I booked the "Deluxe King" Room. The room was clean and a good size; however, there was no wifi as advertised and only a limited number of TV channels. The TV was Netflix compatible but displayed the following error message when trying to access the service: "Netflix is unavailable at this time" .... I called the front desk to inquire about this and she said she would look into it and give me a call back, but I never heard from her again... Additionally, upon arrival, we asked to borrow a cork screw to open our bottle of wine that we brought and I was a little surprised to find out that they did not have one (as this is a pretty standard request across hotels). A no-frills, clean, quiet hotel room.

They charged me twice. I paid thru expedia and in the morning they charge the person I sent there. I called several times and no body has responded to me for a solution. No refund either. Manager suppost to call me and never happen. Please refund the amount paid to Expedia at least because in person they charged my worker even more. Ugh
