¡Ven a escapar con nosotros en nuestra pintoresca comunidad, Sargent, TX! Esta hermosa casa de dos niveles frente al mar está situada en el tranquilo Caney Creek.
La casa está idealmente ubicada para muchas actividades al aire libre, como pesca, paseos en bote, observación de aves y mucho más. ¡Algunas de las mejores pescas! Gran espacio al aire libre con toneladas de terrazas y un gran patio. ¡Siéntate en la terraza por la noche con una bebida fría y disfruta de las hermosas vistas o cuenta historias alrededor de la fogata!
Esta casa de cinco (5) habitaciones, dos (2) baños cuenta con un área abierta de sala y comedor con una cocina bien equipada y ofrece atención a cada detalle para que su estadía sea agradable. La casa puede alojar a 15 personas cómodamente (esto incluye 2 invitados en un bonito colchón de aire queen que se proporciona, o puede traer el suyo).
Esta casa es una casa de dos niveles que ofrece a varias familias el espacio que puedan necesitar. El nivel superior de la casa ofrece tres habitaciones, una tiene una cama king y las otras dos ofrecen una cama queen. Este nivel también incluye un desván para niños con dos camas individuales. También hay un colchón inflable disponible para su uso. El nivel inferior con entrada privada y cafetería propia tiene dos dormitorios. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y el otro ofrece tres camas individuales.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. So much more than just a nice stay. The fire pit, fishing, ping pong table, play set and various seating made the stay so much fun. We’ve stayed at many properties over the past several years but this one topped them all. Very well stocked and everything we needed to help with our Thanksgiving meal prep. Lots of memories were made!

Great trip visiting my husband’s parents who live nearby. Plenty of room for lots of siblings and cousins. Very cute decor and plenty of amenities like paper products and towels. Great communication with property manager.

Book it!

We stayed here for 3 nights over NYE. This house was great! Huge yard, playground for the kids, darts, fishing, plenty of outdoor seating, paddle boat, comfortable beds, nice linens, very well appointed kitchen, clean, fresh paint, surround sound, huge TV, outdoor TV, great dock, close to beach, essentials supplied, I could go on and on. The owners have thought of everything. Would love to go back.

Fun Fun Fun

We had such a wonderful fun time with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property is beautiful and had so much for the kids to do. We enjoyed fishing, ping pong, the fire pit, and the watering hole. Our grandchildren set up a store at the bar and sold us crackers and Powerade. They loved it!! None of us wanted to leave and are already planning to come back. Thanks for the wonderful family place to visit.

Great location, beautiful house equipped with everything you need.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at this location. From the beginning we had great communication with the manager and once at the house, everything was even better than expected. The house is not only beautiful, but it is also very well equipped. You could find more than enough towels for a large group, every utensil needed in the kitchen, extra blankets, TVs in every room, night lights, WiFi, etc. The backyard is great; it has swings, a small trampoline, and a lot of space for running. Kids had a lot of fun playing! We had a very pleasant stay and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. However, we paid for early check-in (for 1pm instead of 4pm) and we didnt get checkin info till almost 3pm. Also, after looking for 15 minutes we FINALLY found the lockbox. Once inside and turn kitchen light on...ROACH! We however ended up having a great time. Once back home i reached out about our issues, with pictures, and was only told, "so sorry, it happens" basically. I have stayed in many homes along the coast and this was the 1st time with these issues and the response i got was just icing on the cake i suppose.

Fun on the Creek

This was a great property to entertain. The porches were absolutely the best part about it. We spent our days swimming in the creek and hanging out on the porches. The house was clean and decorated to perfection. When you walk in you felt like you were at home. The beds were so comfortable! The bedding and pillows were great. The one thing I would change is the parking situation. This house sleeps 15 people which means more than likely there will be multiple families sharing. There is only enough room for 4 cars.

Great getaway house.

Family fishing vacation

This location was really nice, but there were a few things that were misleading from the VRBO add. The grass was not mowed and VERY tall. We ended up finding a blower on the upper deck & had to blow the whole property because of all the build up of leaves dirt. There were 2 rooms downstairs that had no entry to the actual house which is not described in the info for this house. We went on a vacation wanting to spend time as a family yet we had to separate part of the family because no where in the description did it say these 2 rooms are completely separate from the house. I had questions about lights that weren't working and as soon as we got to the property I no longer had communication with the lady I did my contract with so I guess once your there your on your own. Figure it out! The location is perfect the actual house was very clean and beautiful! There were some things about this house that were a surprise and let down when we got there. Other than that it was great we really enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Family Getaway

A wonderful property. Well maintained and plenty of space for a large family group. Excellent choice if you want to sit back, relax, fish and throw out the crab traps. We had an excellent time. It was just what we needed - to slow down and enjoy each other.

Better than the pictures!

This house was PERFECT for our family getaway. The home accommodated all ages and pets. We were so thankful for the full pantry and refrigerator condiments! The beds were very comfortable as well. If you have kids or pets, look no further! The home was “baby proof” and the upstairs deck had two gates that lead to the stairs which was SO helpful with a toddler and two dogs. We enjoyed are stay and hope to be back soon!
