Lovely family time at the resort. The check in process was smooth and they allowed us to do so early as well, which was appreciated as we were travelling with an infant. The facilities are dated but clean. Staff were always friendly, and Regina from the kids club went out of her way to entertain my elder kid. Always our choice for our family getaway

Holiday Inn resort Batam is our number choice when we go for holiday at Batam. It is family friendly although it is far away from the central area for some. We still prefer to stay here

The rooms are a bit run down. We booked for 3 pax per room, and yet we needed to ask for extra towels, cups. The room was also missing floor mat, which I think is most essential to prevent falls in the toilet, especially with kids or elderly.

Serenity and spacious environment

Even though Holiday Inn Batam Resort is located outskirt from the city, we were impressed with the serenity and spacious environment; whether indoor or outdoor. Unfortunately, daily room cleaning was missing during our stay. Morning breakfast is excellent.
