Been trying to contact the hotel for months before the stay and no answer. Not Spanish not English not even local friends could get in touch. Make the no refund feel like a scam when you have no contact whatsoever with the hotel especially in another country.

The hotel facilities, especially the rooms and bathrooms, are in a very poor and dilapidated state. I could list countless things I found wrong, but I'll simply recommend that the owners undertake a complete renovation of the hotel soon.

Breakfast was okay but not the variety that a person from the US would expect but it was definitely a Colombian breakfast. I wish they would have had more choices in breakfast juices. This was overall a very nice hotel though and I like it because it's kind of on the older side but it's cozy and away from a lot but it's close enough to a small Mall.

The front desk staff was very accommodating! This was a big change since my last visit. Of course the housekeeping was good along with the gentleman that help you with your luggage. The only reason I don't give this five star is strictly due to breakfast. Breakfast was minimal in my opinion when comparing it to the other places that I've stayed. Overall I was very happy with this hotel on this trip.

Es hermoso y comodo Habitaciones gigantes Excelente recepcion Piscina El desayuno increible, delicioso y variado La atencion muy regular en el bar. Demorada. Pedi unos cocteles una eternidad. Pedi comida y nunca fueron a recoger los platos sucios y esas moscas encima muy fastidioso. Yo pensaba cuando vengan a recoger pido mas cocteles. No volvieron ni a cobrar. Me fui a la habitacion y a la media hora fueron alla a cobrarme. Es triste un hotelote de esos con una atencion asi.

Realmete la limpieza de la habitación estuvo buen , lo malo es que las personas que limpian la habitacion se roban las ropa de los huéspedes se llevaron 2 franelas y una faja. Mi maleta la abrí y la cerre en la havitacion al llegar a casa y busques mis prenda de vestir no estaban que molesta estoy que el hotel tengan personas trsbajando que tengan malas manas y mi referencia para el hotel terreroble. I didn't have the breakfast because I was not enamored with the variety or the breakfast that they had so I just skipped it. They put me in a room that was an afterthought because again when I paid for a suite they initially try to give me a regular room which means something is wrong with the reception because this is the second time I order one type of large room but they tried to put me in a small room. I've noticed that I've had this problem with each visit. I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub which their website says they have but they gave that room to someone else so my experience was bad when it comes to the reception and the type of rooms they've been giving me. Each time they had to send somebody to put things in the room that wasn't there and the room was in poor condition. It was obvious that they put me in a spot that was an afterthought once I told them that they need to correct the mistake from putting me in a regular room when I paid for a suite. Housekeeping and the porters were good and friendly. It's sad that they have to bear the brunt of a bad review because of the service of the reception. I did not know why the reception keeps putting me in regular rooms instead of the sweet that I paid for and reserved.

Restaurant service is awful. Little things that could be solved easily but exist due to staff shortage! no napkins at tables, you have to search for sugar, salt. Constantly requesting staff to supply coffee mugs, butter, utensils. Don't think it's the kitchen staff as they are seen hustling, they just need to add personnel. A person in charge of it and at the restaurant who could notice this small things happening would easily solve this issues. I saw many patrons upset about this.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The first thing they went wrong was that I rented a junior suite but they didn't have it available when I got there. They put me in a regular room even though I paid for a junior suite. The porter is the one that helped get me into a bigger room. The bed was very uncomfortable in that room and I woke up sore everyday. They have better rooms so I cannot explain why this makes up happened. The maids service or cleaning ladies. The porter is the only reason I am writing this is high as I did because he was that excellent and bailed them out of a worse rating. I'll try going back there one more time when I come back and see if anything improved but for now this is why I rated it the way that I did.
