Not worth the price!!

First of all, the sofa bed is broken even we had two people but one person needed to sleep on the sofa bed during our stay. The management didn’t send anyone to fix or solve anything after we informed them. Second, I guess the whole building has no isolation. We could literally hear the next door neighbors’ conversations(normal voices). Also, we could hear people who lived upstairs showering and flashing the toilet clearly! The housekeeper didn’t even leave an extra garbage bag in the apartment. Laundry facility? I didn’t see a laundry room in the building. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Not worth the price!!

The apartment is spacious, but the overall experience was not good. The check-in process wasn’t good, have to call Expedia to check if booking is going through or not. Then apartment reached out afterwards. there was nowhere to store bags after check-out. Communication could improve, with some replies only arriving the following day. The lack of a reception makes the stay far less convenient and leaves guests without proper support.

Tienen un sistema complejo para check in. Estuvimos como 40 minutos intentando ingresar. La comunicacion no es la mejor. El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones y dos banos, lo cual es muy conveniente para una familia. Se escucha mucho ruido de la calle toda la madrugada por lo que no es recomendable para las personas con sueno ligero. Tambien entran los olores de la calle (cigarro).

The location was good and close to shopping, restaurants and cafes, but further away from Sagrada FAMÍLIA than expected. The check-in was a problem and getting in the front door was an issue using the code via phone/google site. The bed was too hard, there was no plug for the sink and the TV was smaller than a standard computer screen.

Terrible communication. Said parking was available. Didn’t find out until check-in that you have reserve it at least 48 hours ahead, do we had no parking. Rooms are very run-down. Beds very uncomfortable. Looks like a camera in the bedroom (not 200% certain but sure looked like one).

It was ok.....

The apartment is good. Well located. First problem was with the check in. We arrived around noon. They booked us a shuttle. That was nice. But they didnt tell us we would have to wait until 3 pm to get into the room. We met the cleaning crew. And they told us that the room was ready, around 2 pm. But we tried to ask to get into thw room before 3 pm.l, and the manager didn't let us. Apart from that. The kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were ok. But were to hot. We couldn't control the temperature. We've tried to turn the heaters off. It didn't work.... it was like 70F inside!!!!! Also, before we left the company told us that we have to leave the dishes washed. Take the trash out... even paying the cleaning fee..... Not very friendly.

Lovely and clean. It had everything we needed . Walking distance to lots of sightseeing. 4 minute walk to the metro station. It had infloor heating and radiant heat so it was easy to control the temperature in the unit. We are definitely going to come back and stay here
