Front staff was good. We requested are room be cleaned, new bed sheets and towels and that was never done. We had to call the front desk to get new sheets and towels. The cleaning lady was there all morning and skipped our room.

Very nice hotel, spacious, shower felt good and got a good night of sleep. Only small thing I don’t care for, is that I just received my receipt and there was a separate one for parking-$10, however when I checked-in, they never mentioned this charge and never asked if I parked. what if I had taken an uber from the airport

I recommend it.

I enjoyed the welcoming lobby/bar/dining area. It was so inviting that I helped myself to a few drinks at the bar on my first night. Had I had more time, I would’ve done it again. The room was big and clean. There were only 3 criticisms. 1) The hard walking surfaces in the room above made it really loud in my room. 2) the TV said “no input” every time I tried to watch, causing me to resort to using my tablet to watch something. 3) the floor of the bathroom had a lot of water after a shower even though the door was completely closed while I was showering. Overall, I felt safe and I enjoyed the proximity to Starbucks and the airport. I also didn’t appreciate the additional fee for parking.
