This was a wonderful property. Clean. Comfortable. Safe neighborhood. If you decide to use the hot tub, you’ll want to turn up the heat a few hours beforehand to let it warm up. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

The Perfect Getaway

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures - so clean and modern and the backyard has everything you could want. This is the perfect location, and we will definitely stay here for any future trips to Austin.

Loved this place!!

The place was so cute and clean! We loved the neighborhood and felt very safe! It was easy to contact someone if/when we needed to and there was even a local host which was great!

Me and a group of friends visited Austin for a weekend and had a blast. This was a perfect stay for us and was super close to all the action. Highly recommend

Beautiful duplex with plenty of living space and amenities. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing I wish I knew is that the two units are not connected inside- you must use the front door or the back patio door. This wouldn’t have been a problem except for one day it was raining so we would have to enter an exit through the outside.

We had a wonderful family stay here over Thanksgiving and the Texas game. The home was spotless upon arrival, and the arrival gift of pumpkin bread was a thoughtful touch. The stylish décor made the space feel warm and inviting, while still modern and thoughtfully designed.The duplex setup was ideal for our family – it gave everyone just the right amount of privacy while still allowing us to gather together easily for meals and family time. The location was incredibly convenient, close to Zilker Park and other Austin highlights, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free.Overall, this property provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and design. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holiday together. Highly recommend!

Pretty house with a bug problem

The house is modern and nice to stay at, with lots of space and newly renovated bathroom and kitchen BUT it has a roach problem. Don't recommend for squeamish travelers.
