Poorly maintained property with an undesirable demographic of guests. For example, the guests next door were having a pizza party at 12 am and the whole 6th floor smelled like weed. Sad state.

The front desk was too busy playing around to be helpful. Having charge something that would get them in trouble if not corrected, all the time laughing. Then I was informed that there would be an extra $25 if I wanted to stay. Who has time to book another hotel? I was not given a room number, and finally found out that it was on the 5th floor. The room had not been finished being cleaned. The 'House Cleaning Manager ' was appalled that it was not read. The luggage rack only had three legs, which he said would be replaced (never happened). The staff was much nicer in the morning. "You never get a chance to make a first impression." Cleanliness and condition of the room were less than one would expect.

I will stay here again.

This hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The reason i did not give it 5 starts was for several little, insignificant things. One of the reasons is: I wanted a room facing Clausen Rd, there was only 1 room in each floor. The attendant said ok but instead of telling me he didn't have one available, he gave me a room overlooking the roofs of the YMCA. If i was given a choice, I would have chosen overlooking the parking.

Everyone was really nice. The desk staff was amazing and the maintenance man was always willing and ready to fix anything that was broken. The room was clean and comfortable. What a great staff.

All that glitters is not gold

On the previous few stays I’ve noticed the smell of marijuana permeating the atmosphere. Sad fact is that it’s not nearly all attributed to guest. I noted several employees appearing to be high and also carrying the smell with them. Next disappointment was the gross accumulation of dust on all fixtures within the room.
