When we arrived front desk receptionist was rude. He waved his hand as to dismiss what I was trying to tell him. We got a handicap room and did not ask for it. There was a blood stain on the sheets. Killed a spider and no phone in the room. We weren't able to get a refund so we called the service line and they are to investigate it. The outside looks fine but the inside is where they get you.

The worst Hotel in Augusta. As soon as we arrived at the hotl they gave us a room that was ocupied then they gave us another ocupied room. Until finally they gave us an empty room but it was very dirty and unwashed sheets al around.

Location in the cut, away from main highway. Great location close to Washington rd. Staff average, hotel clean, quiet, and good for the rate.Stayed here few times.

The room wasn't super clean, and there's not a lot of noise insulation from the hallway. It's a cheap room in a decently safe location, so it's passable if you need a quick, inexpensive place to crash, but don't expect high comfort.

When I first checked in to hotel room, it smelled like smoke and the TV was on like someone had just been in there before I got there. The front desk staff was great. They greeted me with a smile and maintained those smiles the whole time I stayed there. I would definitely stay there again.

Visit quite frequently, always a good stay with a friendly staff!

Horrible !!! The staff were completly incompetent, racist, and lazy. We will never stay at another microtel. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The folks there were great! Extremely helpful and courteous. Really enjoyed their hospitality!

The hotel was dirty and shabby. The breakfast was pitiful....all for an exorbitant price.

The room was musty, the front desk staff was nice. BUT no one at this hotel values privacy. My room keep quit working, housekeeping let me in the room without even questioning if I was staying at this hotel or not. The front desk staff gave out my room number to someone else in the hotel BEFORE we even checked in. The "free breakfast" was horrific. A few boxes of corn flakes and skim milk was all that was offered. Are you serious!!!?? This is our 2nd trip to this hotel and it will be our last.

clean, competitve prices for the area. only like 5-10 min from downtown

Nice, no issues. Quiet and no traffic. Close to washington rd, where all the bars and restaurants are..

Hotel is nice..... Only issue was that someone was given a key to our room bc in the system it showed out room was available smh!!

It was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was super clean. The staff was great, could not ask to be treated any better than we were. I will stay at this hotel again.

We attended a wedding, and this hotel served its purpose. We were not looking for anything lavish, only an inexpensive place to shower and to sleep comfortably. This was it. The rooms were clean, the toilet and shower worked well, I didn't feel like I was going to get mugged or like my car would be gone when I woke up, and it all came with free breakfasts. For what we paid, how can you beat that?

We had requested a Queen Suite, which was a queen bed, plus a sofa bed, because our son was meeting us there to attend the Masters with us. Instead of a sofa bed for him to sleep on, it had an in-room jacuzzi! Not very comfortable. When we showed them our reservation from [...], they said that it was all your fault, and there wasn't anything they could do about it. Since the hotel was fully booked because of the golf tournament, couldn't even get a rollaway. To say the least, we were very very disappointed. [...]. And in addition, everything in the lobby was "out of order". Restrooms, water fountains, coffee machine, vending machines. Just a total disaster.

Motel was fair, clean and easy access, in and out.

The owner, manager was not friendly and made it clear that he was upset because I got a good rate through Orbitz. The property was dirty and unkempt in general. The rooms were dark and musty, and the HVAC filter had dust and mold covering it which restricted airflow to the room. There was an "aggregate plant" right outside my window and noisy dusty trucks rattled by continuously from 7am to 6pm. It was impossible to let in any fresh air during these hours. There is a very busy railroad track adjacent to the hotel that shattered the peace and quiet on a regular basis with blaring whistles and horns. The location is very convenient to Augusta National and downtown Augusta.

Went to Wednesday practice round at Masters. No close restaurants or other businesses unless you drove a few miles.

The room was clean and better than average. TV remote was missing. Breakfast was OK if you want cereal or bagels.
