Located directly across from 8 Wired Brewery and just steps from the Matakana Farmers’ Market, boutique shops, cinemas, cafés, and restaurants, everything is right at your doorstep. Omaha Beach is also just a short drive away.
Filled with natural light, the villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a seamless blend of comfort and convenience. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, a powder room with laundry, and a relaxed living area that opens to a small fenced patio — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. An air conditioning/heat pump keeps the downstairs comfortable year-round.
