The bach was extremely comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The only issue was the list of instructions for turning on and off most appliances, water heating and water. Surely this could be done before guests arrive and after they leave. Too bad if we had needed a shower on arrival - the water would be cold!

Perfect spot for a beach break, right on the beach, great views, quiet and cosy with everything you need. Short drive to the shopping area, and plenty to see and do in the local area, but we just wanted to relax and do nothing except walks on the beach and couldn't have asked for a better spot.

As an older couple (80)we experienced some concerning issues. They are: no shelf in shower, location of switch for disposal unacceptable.Must get on hands and knees to find switch, hand rail needs to be extended on the top side

Snells Beach Exceptional

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this delightful property! Communication was fabulous with Shirley. This home was absolutely perfect with all the amenities needed and n the kitchen to prepare our picnic lunches for our trips north. This location provided us with many options for snorkeling at Goats Island, hiking at Whangerie Falls, beach walking at all of the beautiful coastline. We definitely rate this above a five and would return again and again.

November at Snell’s Beach

Very much as represented on VRBO site. Very clean and well organized. Clearly written instructions on how to use appliances etc. Wonderful morning views from the deck - gorgeous sunrises. Kitchen well stocked with all the utensils you might require. Two element stovetop a bit small but useable. Good TV and wireless internet. Comfortable beds. Hosts friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. We were here for four weeks and enjoyed it completely.
