Overall, the staff was polite and the hotel was very clean. However, there are several issues that potential guests should be aware of. ​Room Downgrade & Logistics: We booked 4 nights and paid in advance via Hotels.com. A few days before arrival, we were told our original room wasn't available for the first night. We were forced to stay in an inferior room and move the next day. Even worse, on the day we moved, we had to check out by 11:00 AM but couldn't access the new room until 2:00 PM, leaving us without a room for a midday rest. ​Serious Privacy Concern (Spa): As compensation for the room mix-up, the hotel offered us free access to the spa (which usually carries a fee). We booked a private slot at 6:00 PM and were told the area was reserved exclusively for us. Naturally, we felt comfortable undressing. After 30 minutes, we discovered a security camera that no one had mentioned. When we asked, they claimed it was "only for security," but we felt our privacy was completely violated. ​Room Layout: In the second room we moved to, the sink was located inside the main room rather than in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. ​Amenities & Breakfast: Our booking included a bottle of wine, but we only received it after we complained. Additionally, breakfast only includes basic filter/carafe coffee. If you want a cappuccino or any espresso-based drink, you are required to pay extra. ​Bottom line: While the hotel is clean, the logistical hassle and the lack of transparency re

Beautiful boutique hotel with great amenities. You simply can’t beat the location. Steps away from Monastiraki subway station and tons of great restaurants, coffee places and bars (the hotel bar is great too) in every direction. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Awesome bathroom. The huge balcony had partial acropolis views as well as the beautiful observatory building. I would definitely return.

The room was very small. I had to move furniture in order for me and my friend to make space for our bags. The staff was very nice and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and tho gs to due. The room while small was very clean and in a great location.

The room was very clean and my husband and I could spread out as much as we needed. Not having a standing shower was hard but we made due with the tub and handheld shower head. And we had to get used to throwing our toilet paper in the waste bin and not own the toilet. The staff was freindly and easy to communicate with.

Lovely, clean hotel with amazing staff. We were in the annex, and we had about 5-6 flights of narrow stairs to climb to get to our room. It’s fine if you are aware of that, it was a bit of a struggle for my senior dad. And there is only a bath tub in our room, which was not the most convenient for cleaning up after a long hot summer day. But the staff brought our suitcases up which was incredibly kind!! Breakfast was nice in the main hotel, and they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Overall lovely stay, just be aware in the annex of stairs and potentially just having a bath tub.

The staff and communication were amazing. Property is clean and elegant, boutique style. In an excellent location close to everything by foot. Comfy bed and beautiful room. The only thing we didn't like was the bathtub shower. Its elevated and hard to step into and there was only a hand-held shower sprayer and no curtain which made showering difficult.

Lovely vibe and convenient location

Although we were on the 1st floor with no lift, this wasn't a problem as the very fit staff looked after our baggage. The willingness of staff to assist with anything we required was great - even offering to store some bags when we went on a short cruise. Although compact, our room had everything we required but our only issue was the lack of hanging space for the towels. We would have been happy to reuse them but they were too wet.
