The Dugout

Our stay at the Dugout was very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood and a central location. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great location with good amenities. Fit perfectly for our reason to be in Athens. Only complaint I would have is the housekeeping could have been a little neater but nothing horrible. We will use this house again when we need it

Work conference getaway

We stayed at the Dugout for a work conference at UGA Continuing Education Center. It was centrally located to UGA, easy to get around and an overall great space. Scott was amazing to help out and answer questions. Wish we would have been in town during a home UGA baseball game because we could see the stadium and easily walk over to watch a game. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Masters HQ

Stayed here the few nights before our group went to The Masters. The property is in an awesome neighborhood with tons of fun to be had within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for us. Downsides: trash pickup had not come by that week so the trash bin was overflowing, bathrooms were small and college-y, but serviceble. I would recommend this place for a group of guys for any get together.

Great stay!

The Dugout was a Hit!

We had a great stay in Athens at the Dugout! It is a fantastic location, convenient to several bars and restaurants. Also, and easy walk to Sanford Stadium. Communication with the host was EXCELLENT! He was available to answer questions whenever I texted him. We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and convenient to campus

I booked this rental for a conference at the GA Center when the conference hotel was sold out.This was a great alternative. Comfortable furnishings. Convenient to campus and five points. Has enough extra space and bathrooms for a family if needed. Would stay here again.

Perfect Stay for Access to Milledge/UGA

Our group of ladies needed a home while assisting with sorority recruitment and The Dugout was the perfect place! Scott was amazing with communication and the little extras for guests upon arrival. Great location right across from baseball stadium, .2 miles walk to 5 Points, close to Sanford Stadium and literally a stones throw to the dorms on Baxter. It was lovely, updated, had cozy beds and a gorgeous kitchen. Sad we didn't get to use the awesome backyard set up or really get to lounge at the house and enjoy it due to what we were in town for, but would absolutely stay there again and can't recommend it more!

Great house, close to campus!

We loved our stay at The Dugout! The house is adorable - we loved all of the artwork by Nealie! The house is right across the street from Foley field, a short walk to the Coliseum, practice fields, and tennis center, and perfect for our summer camps. Communication was great. Our host was very kind and generous. We had a great stay in Athens and will definitely return!

Wonderful stay in UGA

Lovely home right across the street from the UGA baseball fields. We sat on their wonderful new deck & could listen to the game. Close to everything, the house is beautifully decorated in full Georgia spirit. Communication with Scott was a breeze, check-in & check-out was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location & stay in Athens!

Thanksgiving with our son who attends UGA. Couldn’t travel so we came to him. The home on Northview was just what we needed - great location, quiet residential neighborhood, comfy furnishings, full kitchen, parking, outdoor space. Communications with Scott were best-in-class. We rent a lot of vaca homes and Scott was excellent. Responsive and accessible. Home was exactly as pictured. The UGA vibe is great. 3 beds are very comfortable. 2 full baths. One of the bed/bath is like an ensuite with a door to the hallway to close. We cooked a 20 lb Turkey and all the fixings in the oven. Worked very well. Full fridge. Dishwasher. The home comes with just about everything you need in the kitchen. Very close walk to campus and 5 Points. Look forward to returning.

Big League Stay

Could not have asked for a better location for a gameday weekend in Athens. Picture perfect weather. The Dugout provided perfect access for all things Athens. Our group enjoyed time on the front porch and proximity to Sanford Stadium. Everything in the listing was exactly as it appeared in person. Clean, charming property. Would definitely return here in the future!

We had a great stay at the dugout for parents weekend and UGA football. The location is ideal for getting around. Easy walk to Five Points, Foley Field & Sanford Stadium. The house was well appointed, beds comfortable and the owners very responsive.
