Our Air Canada flight from Athens to Montreal had an unexpected cancellation that resulted in our need to book immediate accommodation on September 13, 2025. Response from the airline instructed us to find our own accommodation. My immediate response was to engage with Expedia as our original travel plans were with the Expedia travel site. Thank goodness because as we sat in the Athens arrivals area with many other disappointed and disgruntled Air Canada passengers, the Expedia site led me to a booking with KC Rooms Apartments (with only one apartment left, I might add) Other than the last minute details about how to gain entry and immediate support by phone - our host sent along a representative to meet us at the door. For me, the most urgent and stressful issues faded away as we gained access to a beautiful family apartment for our quick extended stay. Our host offered us dining option information within a five minute walk. Accommodation included fresh towels, coffee for the morning and ample space in the family suite. You may not require this type of immediate accommodation but, if you’re ever in Athens, Greece and have the need or chance to stay at KC Rooms Apartments (Nik. Mouschounti 31, Markopoulo Mesogeas 190 03, Greece) Please consider staying at a beautiful and comfortable apartment. We are most thankful for our quick and restful stay after our unexpected travel disruption. Thank you KC!

Excellent stay at this property. Fotini was super helpful in coming to pick us up at the airport despite our flight delay. She brought us directly to the property and showed us around. And drove us back to the airport after our check-out. The drive to/from the airport was less than 15 minutes. The apartment was very nice. Renovated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Note that the bedrooms and bathroom were private, but that the kitchen area was shared with another room. This was absolutely fine for us. Highly recommend!

Really good location close to the airport, due to an early flight. Host super supportive and good recommendation for dinner. Property is very nice, very clean. water and toiletries were provided, bed super comfortable. Common kitchen with basics (coffee and tea). I will stay again whenever needed.

The interior furnishings were very new and unique. I somehow got the impression that this was a bed and breakfast, but this was not the case (perhaps my confusion from researching multiple options). I also failed to realize that I was supposed to contact the manager before our arrival to get instructions to gain entry, as there is no manager on site. However, she answered our call around 9PM and arrived at the property within 5 minutes to let us in and get us settled.

The owner was wonderful! We had an issue with shared home, and she came immediately and handled in person and told me not to hesitate to call her, no matter what the time, she would come back to resolve issues. She was lovely! She has done a wonderful job making the home attractive and appealing, inviting. There were some minor issues that need maintenence, but they were superficial. There was an issue w hot water, tbh I forgot to discuss w her, so idk what the issue was. I could readily recommend her properties. She takes good care of the homes and her guests.
