We had a fantastic stay here , the bed and shower were great. The staff here are amazingly helpful and friendly nothing was too much to ask. This hotel is the perfect location for exploring the city.We come to Athens every year and we will definitely we returning to Eternity

I believe this js one of the best options in Athens It is a brand new hotel ,they opened 3 months ago It means everything is brand new !! The hotel is a luxury chic boutique, decorated with exquisite taste , marble all over The staff is extremely professional and always there to solve any little detail They are always ready to help !! While all the others hotels around in similar prices are old and not nice this in a gem in the area !! Small lobby but amazing restaurant to relax for drinks or just being there Breakfast is delicious and everything is included Home made pastries omelettes and Greek specialities The location is perfect , even it js in downtown the block where js located is a nice block where you feel safe ,totally walkable to everywhere From the Parthenon to the museums to the parliament and even to kolonaki that is a great area to visit to see high end boutiques Only 20 minutes walking I saw a one bad review that make no sense at all to me , The hotel smells amazing , brand new and all about this hotel is 5 stars I spent 4 days and one day was better than the other I believe this hotel in the future will cost double of what it js today because you can not even compare this with others in the same range price Probably because is new and still not mant reviews And they will have a roof with view to the acropolis in the next few months Any room is perfect of course that if you can book the room with the balcony and the view will be the idea ,

The room was very clean and the staff very kind. They helped me suggesting some nice places i should visit. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is in the center of Athens close to everything you should visit. I would recommend it for sure to everybody.

Uten vindu

Delux rommet jeg booket hadde ikke vindu, noe jeg forventer at et hotellrom har. Når de i tillegg reklamerer for at rommet har «blendingsgardiner» regner man med at det er et vindu på rommet. Hotellet var vennlige og byttet meg til et rom med vindu. Men det er greit å være obs på enkelte rom mangler dette. Hotellet har heller ikke bagasjerom, så litt utrygt at det står i resepsjonen. Slet også litt med toalettene.

A nice location

Completely disappointing (after choosing the hotel based on the reviews), except for its location with a good view to the Acropolis from a suite room. Absolutely not for families and/or a longer stay than one day. Clean, but looks like a small boutique hotel. The staff should be more professional (not meaning "kind"; they were "extremely" kind).

This is a brand new property and clearly has some bugs to work out. The best things about the property are the location, bed comfort and shower temperature and pressure The staff in the restaurant were very nice but the service behind the desk was spotty. We stayed there during the taxi strike and we needed transportation to meet our tour group and all they could say was a minivan would be too expensive so we should take the train. The instructions given were not particularly helpful. Also our room door was almost impossible to open. You had to slam your body weight against it to open it. The hotel has space challenges. There is no lobby so if you are waiting for someone you have to wait in the restaurant or outside. Maybe the tables shouldn’t always be set in the restaurant so people would feel comfortable just sitting there? Breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is great - easy walk to acropolis, shopping and great restaurants.

The location is amazing, but that’s about it. The WiFi never worked and they kept saying it was fixed. TV never worked, and if you travel with a kid, no WiFi and no TV is a problem. First two days there was no hot water, rooms were half cleaned, and on the last day was not cleaned at all. Elevator malfunctioned and the stairs are too unsafe, for being steep and narrow. No large mirrors, no iron or ironing board. Door has no safety lock. Laundry cost 15euros per bag, except it came back dirty and stinky. On the last day shower drain clogged up and water was barely draining. The staff was being nice but helpless. I hope they fix these issues, because the location is great but the price they charge can not be justified for what they offer with it.

Nytt, rent og kjempehyggelig hotell nær "alt"

Flott og nytt hotell i perfekt lokasjon for å besøke de severdige ruinene, loppemarked, takresturanter og Plaka. I tillegg er det massevis av butikker, kafeer og bakere rett i nærheten, og det er også gangavstand til Syntagma kvartalet hvor du finner busser og trikker. Personalet var hyggelige, hjelpsomme og gjorde dette til et supert opphold. Frokosten var imponerende og god. Skulle gjerne vært der lengre, og returnerer også gjerne. Kan anbefales!

Spotless hotel, extra clean with very nice rooms. Staff was outstanding, Peter, Lidianna, Spiro's, George and Arios were top notch. Everyone there was great, even those not mentioned. Very convenient location for everything. Breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. Recommend this hotel highly. I travel quite a bit and this hotel is at the top of the list.

Not as advertised rather 3.5 star

The hotel disappointed us. The entry and lobby is not same as seen in pictures online. It is smaller and funiture not fancy as in picture. They use fake room picture ( maybe modified by photoshop) too. They don't have the fancy sofa chair and fancy lights. The room has really bad smell maybe due to it is new construction and new furniture. We feel it is not healthy and maybe it has high VOCs (chemicals) so we tried to cancel the reservation but manager said they could not cancel it for us. Since it is expensive and we paid full already so we decided to stay. We tried to open the window to let the bad smell out during night. The street is very noisy and we barely fell asleep. There is no swimming pool no gym. The door latch does not work. We have to ask a physical key to lock the room door. The overall remodeling is kind of cheap. The painting or some material look cheap. I don't suggest to stay this kind of new hotel if you are allergy or sensitive to smell. Addionally thecthe elevator is small maybe only carry up to 3 perons at one time.The front desk and the the service people look very nice. Th breakfast is pretty good that is the only thing we like from this hotel. We rather to rate it 3.5 star rather than 5 star.
