Terrible customer service. Paper thin walls. Room next door had TV loud all night and desk clerk would not contact the guest in next room to turn down TV. After days of trying to speak with the manager, no call back, no email back.

Wonderful Staff But Definitely Could Use Some Upda

The staff were wonderful! I believe the hotel was built in 1996 and I don't think the rooms have been updated since then. The lobby is bright and nice but the rooms seem dark. The bathroom needs better lighting especially for applying makeup. The bed and pillows are fairly comfortable. My mom and aunt stayed in a pet friendly room and i was surprised that they still had carpet in those rooms. The price was good, location was fine and I was happy that i could find a place that would accommodate my mom's two daschunds.

property was well landscaped, breakfast was great. My flight was to depart at 5:20 A.M. on 7/2725. I wanted to leave Inn at 3:45 a.m. Being insecure, I set the alarm in th room and on my cell phone. I call the front desk an asked for a 3:30 a.m. wake-up call and did not receive it. That's my only issue.

This was a clean hotel with comfortable beds. Perfect for a family for a quick stay when the hotels at the equestrian facility down the road were booked.

Breakfast was good but they don't make decaffeinated coffee. It's hard fir me to review we arrived on Saturday and Sunday morning my husband slipped in the tub and broke his rib. So everything else with the property was goid
