Nice hotel, large room. Immaculately clean, although that left a bit of a cleaner smell lingering. Quiet, but you can hear neighbors through walls and ceiling. Windows open - we like that! Location fairly convenient. Breakfast basic but fine.

Very quite and great staff. If you want a place that's reasonably priced and close to a lot around Hendersonville then Mountain Inn and Suites would be a great hotel. The parking lot is very large and it's easy access off I26.

King Suite for $110 should have been a clue!!
Under the couch cushions was a lot of crumbs indicating they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The carpet was full of stains. The refrig hadn't been defrosted. The mattress had fluffy topper and a second soft pad making it impossible to sleep on the bed - sunk down to the point of pain in my back. The pull-out couch mattress was so thin and worn that you could feel the springs pushing thru. Had to use all of the bedding to make a cushion in order to try and sleep on it. Unsuccessfully!! Didn't get any sleep. Thought of sleeping on the floor but it was too dingy and dirty looking. The furniture was old, outdated and in poor condition. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Hotel is so old that the sink in the bathroom was so low that it was uncomfortable for even my wife, 5'1" tall to use. Walls are so thin that could clearly hear what the guests in the rooms next to us were talking about.

Property is beautiful and clean. Checking was east and fast. I'm upset becase the website we booked through stated that they were 14 miles away from the pretty chaple but their actually 50 minute away which sucks we would of choosed something closer. 😤

This is our go to hotel whenever we're in western NC.Without a doubt the most courteous and accommodating staff you'll ever have the pleasure to meet.Hotel is extremely clean and quiet,continental breakfast is great with lots of choices.Theres 3 other hotels on that exit but do yourself a favor and pick Mountain Inn and Suites,you will be amazed to receive 5 star treatment at a 2 star price.
