Property was just fine. Expedia screwed up the second day of my reservation for this property. I had a confirmed reservation, which showed in my Expedia account, but the hotel showed they had never received the reservation for the second time. Very frustrated with Expedia and good luck on trying to speak with a live person - much less an individual who is (a) onshore in the U.S. and (b) empowered to make ANY kind of decision.

The good: Great location for our weekend activities. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Waffles were good. The bad: the room next to ours was a bit loud. The tv noise was at high volume and you could hear it through the wall. Also not sure why there was occasional banging on the wall. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles were hot and fresh. Cold cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt and boiled eggs were what you would expect. The hot bar was lacking as the gravy was lukewarm at best and the eggs looked like they were either from powdered or box. Overall satisfactory stay for the price which was reasonable.

Over the phone I was told the checkin policy was 18. It said all guests are considered adults, and Expedia listed no checkin age requirement. Then I arrived at 12PM, and had to call someone to be on the reservation to even get in, due to a change in this policy. Other than that, great experience. Just don’t book if you’re 20. Be sure to bring a friend 21+ to stay with ya… *insert eyeroll*
