There is not a door to connect the two units so you'll have a little separation even though you'll be in the same house. The bottom unit features an indoor hot tub, spacious, fenced in yard w/ firepit & propane grill. The house has 2 full kitchens & 3 bathrooms. We have plenty of parking! Dogs welcome $20 per dog per night
