The space was just as pictured. Well appointed w linees, kitchen set up, appliances, even soap/cleaner packs for guests in case they didn’t bring some necessities. Hot tub was awesome! Quiet, tucked in little neighborhood, close to a bunch of shops.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could have needed, and only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and stores. The style and décor were perfect, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day out. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve already saved this listing for future trips to Asheville and will definitely be recommending it to friends. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in!

Hot tub sucked

The property was in a quiet neighborhood. We booked this property to be out away from the fireworks as our dog is terrified of them and it was over the 4th of July. We also wanted to enjoy the hot tub. When we went to use it it had dirt in the bottom and was luke warm. We couldn't turn it up as it had an error code. They sent someone who came out right away and flip the breaker, got the dirt out. We had to flip the breaker when we wanted to use it to get it warm and we couldn't use the jets as the bleach smell was so strong it burnt your eyes. It was so strong it bleached out one of the swimsuits even after she rinsed it out. We asked to be compensated for the swim suit they said they don't do that. The outside of the house was mossing and trash around the outside on the side of the house. The inside was clean enough. I would not rent from this management company again.

Great spot

The location was great. It was spacious and clean. The outside deck was very peaceful in the early morning and it serves as a great spot to see the sunset. Check in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful, Like New, and Super Clean

The property was spotless, well appointed, very close to restaurants and a short drive to the Biltmore Estate which was the reason for our stay. I love how there were 2 bedrooms down stairs and another little living area downstairs as well. The only complaint that I have is that the hot tub was very much over chlorinated. We couldn't run the jets because it burned our eyes and made us cough and it also stung our skin. We could only use it for a few minutes. But, hey, at least we knew it was extra clean! VERY NICE PLACE!!

Beautiful townhouse

Everything We Needed

We had a great stay, property was as described. Everything was clean and nice. The downstairs has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a TV area with couch. It was very comfortable to have the downstairs/upstairs split. The drive to Biltmore was less than 20 minutes which was great! We enjoyed the hot tub and the owner was very responsive when we had trouble with the display panel. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful and it was great to have garage parking.

clean, well located but

The townhouse was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. That being said, there are a few things that would make it nicer and one warning if you have people that can't do stairs. The townhouse was clean and a lot of things looked new. The environment was rather sterile though with minimal decorations and it echoed inside due to that. Additionally, I might have missed it but I don't recall seeing that there is only 1 BR on the main floor and the other 2 are down a rather steep staircase. Lastly, schedule your showers out. If a person is in the downstairs shower, the upstairs one doesn't get hot

Visit with friends

Our friends live around the corner in Royal Pines so this was a great location. This place is 2 floors with one bedroom and en-suite upstairs and two bedrooms with bathroom downstairs. House was super convenient to hang out and cook in and visit. Hot tub was nice touch.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Very clean. The place was bigger than we expected so there was plenty of room. We loved that it was close to everything but secluded enough to relax in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very clean and quiet property. Checkin process was very easy!! Hot tub very nice and also have access to garage was nice!! Didn’t read anywhere in the description that everything was not on one floor! Made it work but there is a lot of steps and bare wood, very slick!

Weekend getaway

The location was close to everything we needed. Hot tub was great. Everything in the place was nice. View from deck had good view of the fall leaves. No noise from neighbors. Im not big on doing reviews, but i can say I would stay there again.

Great overall!

House was clean and nice location. There are some minor things that could be improved. Some items listed were not well stocked (very few sugar packets and only 3 laundry detergent pods, etc). The can opener is in very poor condition and did not work well at all. The towel rack over the upstairs toilet was not attached well and fell off the wall twice. The kitchen could be much better stocked with cookware, utesils, etc. There should be more than one kitchen towel and cloth avaialable. Otherwise, the house was great. We loved the decks and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and there were planty of towels. We had a 9 month old with us - there was no door at the top of the stairs to the lower level. The stairs are tall and steep, so we had to watch the baby very carefully.

My Birthday Trip

My husband and I came up for my birthday. The place was nice and clean and bigger than I expected. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. The place was only 15 minutes away from a small town; it was a good enough distance where we weren't kept up by the noise. Perfect place to decompress!

Family vacation
