The unit was amazing. Location was perfect, very clean, well stocked - we couldn't have asked for more. Kids appreciated the games, DVDs, pool/beach toys. Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing time and it started off with an easy check-in process and the unit was spotless. Which really helps in allowing us to settle in and relax. We enjoyed watching the sunset from both balconies and even got to see fireworks from capitola on our last night. We’d definitely book again.

My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you!

We loved our stay at seascape corner unit! It was a well stocked, clean and comfortable home away from home! It is close to so many fun things in the area but also next to the beach. It is in a nice area of town and was beautifully landscaped. We slept comfortably and had a nice breeze in the evening if the window are open. If would have been nice to have a fan in the main living area as it was a little warm with no AC. My critique I have is It would have been nice to know that the pool right next to the unit is not available to renters of the unit, so you do have to walk or drive across the resort for pool use at the North Bluff pool.

Amazing condo and location

Beautiful property and great management. Stayed here as an in between to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The property is impeccable and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a minor billing issue early on that was quickly resolved without issue. The pools were all heated, complimentary golf cart to and from the beach, and close proximity to many beautiful coastal attractions. Planning to return for a summer trip!

Serene Unit with Amazing Views

The unit was beyond our expectations .. fully stocked with little notes about additional supplies, comfy beds and sheets, wonderful, comfortable decor, lots of room, lots of light, and simple instructions! :) Seascape is a must resort to stay and play! Beautiful views, trails, beach access, centrally located, easy walk to seacape village, and easy access to other beautiful locations!We will be back! :) Thank you!

Perfect for our group

Condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, great location and well stocked. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Check in instructions were helpful and check out was easy - we appreciated that it was super simple and we didn’t need to complete a ton of tasks before we left. We appreciated the proactive communication from the property manager - they were very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Place

We have stayed in many units and booked through VRBO, Seascape Hotel, and private owners. This was our best experience so far. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit itself was perfect. Great location, clean and updated, plenty of supplies for a family that enjoys cooking a traditional family dinner. We will be back!!!

Beautiful area

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Kids loved the pool, miniature golf and especially the playground. We looked forward to our walks in the morning and at Sunset. So gorgeous. I already miss it. Look forward to staying again. House had dvds and was immaculate and I’m very picky. Thank you for sharing such a magical place.

Wonderful Location and Beautifully Updated Interior

It was a pleasure staying here mid-July. Great view of the property and ocean. It was nice having the small pantry amenities and full kitchen. Box of beach toys and shade umbrella were a nice surprise. Nothing really to say that's negative. Only feedback would be to provide better beach chairs, access to a better health club(Seascape Sports Club gym was a joke), and access to resort golf cart service for the long treks to the beach.
