The place was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of seven. Plenty of parking as well. Walking to the beach and the grocery store was nice. The beach on the property was wonderful. Not too many people and pretty quiet (as opposed to the much more crowded public beaches). We spent most of our time at the beach. My kids also used the heated pool and spa, which they loved. We would love to stay here again.

Great place for seven of us to stay for a family reunion.

We were a group of seven and this was big enough for all of us. The extra half bath downstairs was a plus. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped and had plenty of dishes and glasses.

Great for bachelorette party getaway

The place was more spacious in person than the photos showed! And the 3 bathrooms were incredible when we had 7 ladies staying there. It’s a beautiful property with a couple cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a bit of a trek to the beach but once you make it, it is glorious! You only have access to one of the 3 pools but we didn’t spend much time there anyways. There are 2 balconies with nice views and the grounds are so lovely and well kept! I would stay here again!

Family reunion was 16 members aged between one and a half years and 79 years

With a fabulous time gathering together to enjoy each other and a beautiful environment that was very comfortable management was simply marvelous. I couldn’t say anything better than that. I was very grateful for their attentiveness and flexibility and helping us meet our needs. Thank you so much.

Beautiful getaway with the family!

Very nice property family enjoyed our stay. beautiful view of the beach and had all the right amenities for a family. The facility is clean, staffers are super friendly, and property manager was very responsive via email. Access to the beach and other amenities can be done by foot or simply asking for a golf cart ride. It’s a beautiful property and will definitely return in the near future! The description of the unit itself is a little confusing regarding # of beds. There are 2 king-sized beds total (i.e. 1/room). Otherwise, exactly as advertised.

Lots of potential

The condo was nice and clean, but was not well supplied. We had booked a stay for 4 people and had only 2 washcloths provided. No towels of any sort in one of the bathrooms. Used a beach towel as a hand towel. No bath baths provided and one of the showers leaked a fair amoutn of water on the floor. Only 1 kitchen towel provided for a 3-day stay. Called on Friday afternoon for extra linens, and a bag was dropped off Sunday morning. No steak knives in the kitchen and only 1 large knife. Fortunately, we had 2 steak knives in our cooler. Advertises that it sleeps 8, but there was not enough silverware for 8 people to eat at once. Oven mitt was disgustingly filthy. Would definitely not return or recommend which is disappointing as there is so much potential for this to be an awesome place. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the shower heads were great.

Great Condo at a great resort!

Nice, clean, quiet end unit with an ocean view. We comfortably slept 8 with the fold out couches. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay was great! It’s so nice to find a place within Seascape, and it’s right on the path to the main building and beach. Even a great view of the water.

beach weekend

I took my nieces and nephew to the beach for the weekend. The location was great with the beach about a 4 minute walk down the hill and a pool nearby. The staff were friendly and abundant. The condo is located on the second floor and was quite clean (I appreciated the broom in the closet as where these is beach, there is sand). There were plenty of towels but the kitchen was stocked with only the bare basics (I do like to cook). The downstairs beds were a tight fit for 2 kids and quite firm. Overall, the condo was in a great location and met all of our basic needs.
