Disfrute de la comodidad de varias piscinas, jacuzzis, una hoguera de gas con asientos al aire libre, senderos para caminar y la playa a su alcance. Esta limpia villa de esquina de dos pisos con muchas ventanas que ofrecen luz natural. Dos habitaciones con dos baños completos y medio baño en la planta baja con un plano de planta abierto para entretenerse fácilmente. La cocina está completamente cargada con todo lo que necesitarás para preparar una comida casera o dar un paseo por Sanderlings para disfrutar de una cena deliciosa.

We were pretty happy. A few problems like ants in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. Noisy at night

It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night.

Amazing condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The inside was super clean and decorated! It was about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but still had an amazing view! I was very satisfied!

Great Spring Break Getaway!!!

Our family of 5 loved this Seascape unit! Everything was clean and very inviting when we arrived....even a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table! The location is great...right by a beautiful pool and spa. Janice was very easy to work with. She called to tell us the unit was ready before the scheduled check-in time. Thanks for the memories!!!

Wonderful place!

We stayed at this villa for our spring break family vacation. It was such a lovely place to stay. The villa was beautiful and immaculate! The resort was wonderful and grounds were beautiful. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The fact that you can call the front desk and get a ride to the beach and back, makes it so easy and accessible to everyone! The pool was heated and hot tubs were awesome!! The fact that my 10 year old daughter could swim made it all the better. This location was great, central to Mystery spot and The Boardwalk and Santa Cruz warf, maybe a 10 min drive. I highly recommend staying here. My family and I will definitely be back.!

Fantastic Stay

My friends and I got away for a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. The villa was in perfect condition and had all the amenities we needed. Villa is close to the pool and a fairly short walk to the beach. We will definitely we back!

Unit had very nice furnishings. Location was great! Price was excellent. Some of the resort benefits not available with this unit; like shuttle service to beach. Otherwise great value!

Resort amenities aren’t included except accesss to pool. & 1/2 mike to beach access no golf cart use

The unit is the farthest from the only beach access, easily 1/2 mile. This unit doesn’t pay for resort amenities so you can’t get a ride 1/2 mike down to or back from the beach in one of the golf cart taxi’s. The trek to the beach includes a 1/4 mile down steep hill to the beach. So if you want to bring picnic, towels, toys, boogie boards it’s a real pain and lots of lugging. There are only a few parking spaces for public access to the trail down to the beach. Our kids saw other families doing sunset smore parties at the beach the resort sets up and that service isn’t provided to this unit either. Intermittent WIFI. My husband was trying to work and our kids wanted to stream movies at night and it was down 50% of the time. The pool near the room was great and if beach play with lots of loot isn’t your thing this unit is great. Lots of morning fog in this part of Santa Cruz. Seascape foods close by is fantastic! Grest deli and coffee If you want to swim laps or use the gym it’s $7.00 each time and requires a 3 min drive.

Wonderful Seascape Unit

We are a family of 4 and have stayed at Seascape several times. This corner unit is well situated at the resort with a lovely partial ocean view (both across the landscaped grounds and between the buildings). There are two balconies with beautiful views and also a new gas grill. There is plenty of privacy and the unit is very quiet. The furnishings are newer, the kitchen is well stocked, and the unit has some nice updates. We very much enjoyed working with the property manager, Janiece, who was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely return!
