Manuel and his wife demonstrated commendable property management. A highlight of our stay was the thoughtful provision of authentic Guatemalan snacks. While the evenings were cool, the lack of air conditioning during the day was noticeable, particularly for individuals accustomed to the consistently cool environment of an operating room. Nevertheless, our nocturnal rest was undisturbed. Should we return to Guatemala, we would certainly consider staying at this property again.
A significant challenge encountered was the difficulty Uber drivers experienced in locating the address. We recommend Manuel consider installing clearer signage to mitigate this issue for future guests.
Overall, we assign a rating of 9/10. The location, house decor, and bedroom arrangements all merit a perfect 10/10. The presence of a 24/7 gate guard was an exceptional amenity, providing a strong sense of security and peace of mind. Manuel's initial welcome call was a highly appreciated gesture, earning him a 10/10 for hospitality.
