very clean room, excellent view of the sea for our delux sea view room. the staff were very courteous and helpful and the hotel offered many good services. the pricing on food for breakfast was very high but the pablito in house restaurant was better value. All in all a great stay and would definitely book again if there was a package offer.

This is our 3rd stay at the Akra or Akra V . the hotel is wonderful , but the main reason for our choosing Akra is the staff especially Atiya from Customer Services . She remembered us for the 3rd year running . During a conversation we mentioned something and she went and bought it as a gift , we were blown away by her wanting to make our stay as wonderful as possible , TBH we'd already bought her a gift too without knowing , her kindness was some remarkable .

I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges.
