An excellent stay at the Pelican. The staff were great, lovely breakfast with lots of variety and finally, a spacious duplex room which was perfect for a family of four.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was a lovely space to have a leisurely breakfast

Loved our stay here, only small issue dogs at the breakfast and in the dining area. Not a dog hater but did see someone feeding a dog at the table. ( not a good thing when its a buffet )

There was no lake view due to construction nearby. The patisserie on lobby level was fantastic for light breakfast. Room was comfortable though small. Location was great. Front desk staff on check out date was not helpful when we tried to get transportation to the train station. She said she couldn't call us a cab and the private car service has no car for our trip to train station. I suggest reception reminds guests to order car the day before departure.

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old part of Annecy. Without exception, the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well cared for and has very comfortable areas for guests to relax in. We also enjoyed excellent meals in the restaurant, not to mention wonderful views over the lake.

This hotel is lovely and well located. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and has a lovely Boulangerie in the lobby which is a great alternative to their daily breakfast if you don’t want to attend the buffet. Staff are nice and accommodating and the hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice. I had booked a superior room which from the pictures appears a lake view room. Upon arrival, I was given a Mountain View room which I complained but they said this what I paid for. Not sure misunderstanding or other things, but I was not happy with type of room and all the high dollars I spent for three nights there. Other than that, staff were very nice and friendly.

This big modern hotel is convenient and quite good. It's location just outside of the old town area is perfect. The lake view should be spectacular except that it's raining during the two days that we stayed.
