Booked this as part of a long stay in the Philippines. I must admit I was very impressed with the hotel and it's amenities for the price you pay. Everything is well maintained and the staff are super accommodating. Will stay again in the future

We stayed for 10nights and 5x we had to call front desk because the water heater wasn’t working. They would send a service crew to reset the water heater and it would work for a day or two. Very frustrating!!! The other problem was our key card; it failed to open the door 4x. Our room was located on the 5th floor and had to walk all the way to the front desk(atleast 10mins one way) to get new set of cards 3X out of 10 and on the 4th time that happened, the door lock where you tap the card was actually the problem. But before that, staff kept saying that we exposed our key cards with electronics/cel phones that’s why it’s not working! Now, they said the door lock battery was depleted. We were locked out of our room for 1hour and 20mins. Staff needs to explain more about the situation and what to expect when they are fixing something and NOT just leave you hanging to help another guest in the hotel while your issue is not yet resolved. Situation is already very BAD and poor communication escalated the situation. Some staff were very nice but there are some that are rude. I don’t recommend this place and will NOT return here.

Staff was not helpful at check in and refused to let us speak with a manager. No communication problem since my girlfriend is Filipina. They were not well trained and very nervous when we asked to speak to a manager. After three attempts they stated there was no manager on duty. No hot water! I would not recommend this hotel. They need to reevaluate the way in which they treat their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

We loved this place; we did not expect it from the outside to be as great as it was. Security to get inside and having to go through XRAY and metal detectors was new for us. Check in was swift and easy the doormen and bell boys were very nice. We did not have a good experience with the breakfast; There is a sign stating a dress code that wasn't enforced. People were in the pjs the wait for breakfast was pretty long in which they offered for us to sit in the prism lounge which we obliged to do. They said we could leave our stuff there and get a plate then come back there. When we came back my coffee and water I got myself were gone. We then just went to the cafe area in which during breakfast is an even longer wait. The area is nice; its connected to 2 other hotels with the casino. It's very nice and clean well-kept. Some of the staff in the cafe and restaurant did give off an unwelcoming vibe I assumed it was because the breakfast wait was a bit hectic with people being upset the longer the time stretched. We walked around the property and it was beautiful. The hotel itself is great; we would probably book again.
