The actual facility is lovely, the foods delicious and the staff are first rate! The grounds are also very nice ! The room was adequate, a bit dusty, only 4 hangers in the closet and had to ask for wash/face cloths. We had balcony room but could not access the balcony due to humidity???

The picture shows a balcony. The room they gave us did not have one. Thats the reason we chose that room. You have to change the picture.

Excellent location for the nature lovers. Rooms are big and most with balcony having great view outside. However, the property is a bit rundown due to the poor maintenance. We had several issues like, not getting hot water at times, ac related water leakage from the ceiling, ac making noise etc.

This hotel is in a pretty location, but quite far outside of the center of Panama City, and about 40 minutes from the airport. Fairly convenient for visiting the canal or Soberania national park, but not for anything else. Two nice pools, though the water was a bit cloudy. Beds and rooms were comfortable, with nice views over the jungle, and we really enjoyed the walking tour of the butterfly garden and frog farm. Staff was friendly. The less good stuff: food options are extremely limited. You're really stuck on site because the nearest other food is 20-25 minutes away and there are no easy taxi or uber options. Food took forever and it was challenging to even find someone to order from. Pool towels were a total pain in the neck to get. There's supposed to be someone at the pool who can get them for you, but you have to give them your ID in exchange, and we had to hunt them down every time. Also, they emailed us a few hours before were supposed to check in and told us our room had been damaged and we couldn't stay our first night. They rebooked us at the Radisson near the Panama Canal, which was fine, but it was stressful and inconvenient to have to switch hotels (it was only a 2-night stay to begin with, so we ended up with 1 night in each place). They do a lot of events, so I would avoid the place on weekends unless you want to have the pool and food options severely limited by a wedding or similar big event. That happened our second day.

I loved the outside facilities. The rooms I stayed in needed ongoing maintenence. In one room the handle of the shower fell off, in another room I stayed in the bathroom door was completely stuck shut. Staff had to come get it unstuck whenever it accidentally got closed. There were also air conditioner issues as well.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect stop on our Panama vacation to show our kids the rainforest, wildlife, and Panama Canal. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The staff is awesome. We had a problem with the toilet running non stop and no hot water. These were fixed immediately when we reported it. There are tours, shuttles, trails and parks nearby. We don’t golf but still found plenty of things to do.

The room and bed were great The restaurant offered great breakfast buffet and the lunch and dinner menus had plenty of options. We enjoyed the one hour walking tour. We enjoyed the size of the pool; however, the water was very cloudy, thus questionable.

We didn’t have hot water for 2 days of my stay and the ceiling in one of our rooms leaked water was told to just put a towel down. Ended up having to use the comforter as a towel wouldn’t keep up.

The property is good location. The building need some renovation. The furniture needs is old, Almost every day needed something to fix my sweet room. Air conditioning problems, light problems, furniture missing from a balcony. Besides that, I had a great time there. Everyone is very nice. They help me to planning a different tour. One time I wanted a massage and a masseuse was late almost 2 hours. They were not perfect but I still loved every tour. A weekend was horrible, lot of guests and I couldn’t use the pool! I don’t recommend this place, probably you can find a much better one! This country is beautiful but this property needs more of take care.
