Good location walking distance from Disney and garden walk. Clean and friendly, nice breakfast, free good coffee in reception. Only had small pool area overshadowed by hotel in the afternoon (not a big issue for us as we were out most days) No bar or evening food options in the hotel but plenty in walking distance.

The staff threw out our art work that we had placed on top of our counter space during our stay. When we arrived back to our room, we noticed it was missing and called to inquire. They denied any responsibility. Voiced they do not throw any items unless it is in trash, which our art work clearly was not. Horrible experience, left us very upset. It was special art for our wedding anniversary. The hotel staff did not care. Highly warn you to secure your belongings as small as it is. Staff are not trustworthy. On positive, breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious. Located close to Disneyland. Too bad we had an awful experience

Our stay at the Element was great, from the moment we stepped into the lobby our receptionist, Darah, was amazing. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room the clean the lobby was clean and the hours for the breakfast were great. On top of a great variety of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and i would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Be careful about items left in the room!

I stayed with the family at the Element Anaheim resort while vising the Disneyland parks. The room setup was nice and the location was central to the theme park. The breakfast buffet was average, food quality was good but many selections would run out and not be restocked before the breakfast ended. The main issue I had with my stay was the handling of lost and found. After I had checked out we realized we left one item next to a bed. I called the same day and described the item and specific location in the room. The front desk person could not help me since I called 2 minutes after Housekeeping had left for the day. I begged them to check since I was still in the area and could stop by the Hotel the same day. They directed me to make a report online and wait for a call the next day. I immediately made the report and four days went by with no response. I finally called the hotel and after receiving a call-back, surprise, the item was not found. The item had little value and was mainly a sentimental item for my child. Sad to see the hotel react in this way.
