Our family booked 2 rooms here for 4 nights while we were in at Disneyland, after coming from a hotel in Hollywood and seeing the breakfast they offered this hotel was very sub par. The breakfast was VERY limited, and you were regulated on what you could have. Ie, the breakfast sandwiches were just pre packaged frozen you needed to sign out from the front desk. They only allowed you 1 room key, would not allow any extras even if you asked which is difficult especially when you need a key for the pool gate. The pool rules are very strict on no food or drink in the pool area, we had maintenance give us a hard time about it within the first 10 minutes of being on the property. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and one night the hot tub was ice cold. Our bathtub did not drain as we were showering even after we asked them to fix it while we were out. This really took away from our experience and I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was good and lady running it was great. She keeps the area clean and well stocked. It isn't fancy, but plenty to fill you up. They have a shuttle van to Disneyland and back that runs in the mornings and evenings. If there isn't enough room for everyone, they will come back and get you right away. The staff was friendly and very helpful, except for the gentleman who checked us in. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. They were musty smelling. There was a dripping sound in one of the walls which could explain the smell. We brought an air filter which helped a lot. One of the main reasons we chose them was because of the availability of adjoining rooms with a common door. We made our reservations more than 3 months ahead of time and contacted them 4 times in the mean time to confirm adjoining rooms. When arriving, the best they could do is 2 rooms next to each other. No apology. No offer to give us adjacent rooms the other days of our stay. No offer to compensate us for the error. Very disappointing.

Room 226: Black hair in sink and shower upon arrival. Air conditioning didn’t work. Room 225: Ants in bathroom - reported of a morning, nothing done, reported in evening and man came to spray.
