The owners were helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the building was quiet considering how central it is. The beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was quite compact, but serviceable. I would stay here again.

The property is in a great location. Close to many attractions. However, the pictures on your website looked nothing like our postage stamp sized room. Our room was hot and airless. We had a courtyard room-the courtyard housed the garbage bins and brooms. Had to ask twice for a hairdryer (as mentioned on their website). Originally told there were no hairdryers. The television did not work, nor did the fan. The bed was smaller than a double. We had three sleepless nights. One would need to be desperate to book this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly staff, lovely room and general cleanliness was brilliant. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps the beds were a little uncomfortable - not the mattress, but when you would turn on them it would feel like the whole thing was going to topple. Apart from that, the view from our window, use of the shower and toilet and it's closeness to the city centre made this trip stress-free and very enjoyable.

Location is great for shopping, eating and being a tourist. Clean and very safe. Warning to Americans who are new to the Netherlands, the stairs are very steep so I am grateful we were 1 floor up. Also, shared toilets and shower rooms may be a shock and they are pretty small at this hotel.

I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed.

The staff at this hotel are super helpful and friendly. I suggest only booking a room with a bathroom in it. The bathroom we had to use was so tiny it was hard to use. Overall it was ok, they could do a few minor upgrades like, more than two hooks in the room to hang your cloths, a fan when it's hot and a hook or two in the separate showers to hang your clothes while showering. If you have trouble with stairs be warned, the steps are very narrow.
