Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them.

Aparthotel close to the airport

Convenient if you wanna be close to the airport and you hate Ibis hotels However aparthotel is in the middle of nowhere so car is mandatory Plenty of parking spaces outside free of charge

Great cheap airport pit stop

We stayed here for 1 night only as a stop off close to the airport. Only 5 min away. Wouldn't holiday here but perfect for that stop off. Was better than what I expected for the price and the apartment was 2 bed and 2 bath really clean too

Room size oK, no kittle or blankets, only one pillow per person, from three rooms only one had air conditioner - outside 34 C. Mattresses had a ripped fabric and a blood stains and was old and overused - had no shape to support body while lying down on the bed. Pillows hard as a rock. One towel per person, TV did not worked and internet did not worked well either. No safe or phone in the room . Print for regulations- garbage and kitchen must be cleaned before departure- to get deposit back was in very very small print ;) While taking shower water can be drastically and unexpectedly changed from hot to cold - I think if somebody will run sink in kitchen or another bathroom. Room sizes was OK.

My nightmare at Alicante Hills

As a heavy traveler this is the most awful stay I ever experienced. The check was so bad despite my late arrival giving them enough time to make my file ready. The rooms were not as requested: heavy smoked, difficulty of light starter with the key card, air conditioning producing heat instead, neighbor room’s air conditioning generator noisy etc... I do not recommend even my enemies to stay in this property.

Refreshing

Was good place close to the airport with great staff that went out of their way to help. They have facilities there and nearest shops are about a mile away. The swimming pool is well kept and the grounds too.

Upon arriving we were told that we needed to clean the place before we left, which was a problem as there were no cleaning supplies at all not even a sponge! We had to pay for a sponge, a very small tube of washing up liquid and I guess a dusting cloth. We had to fork out 10€ to use a kettle, which was refunded once we checked out. We were told that it included wifi - good luck with that. The wifi kept losing signal. We went to reception to ask about it we were told because of the rain the signal wouldn't be good! There was so ittle in this property i.e. no cups the cutlery was in really bad condition. There was no way that would have entertained cooking in this apartment. The hot water in the one bathroom that we all ended up using (as the other shower didn't feel clean to us) came out way too hot in a split second. The temperate had be constantly adjusted. After showering you had a strong musty/mouldy smell that lingered in the bathroom. The TV remote was really dirty, I cleaned it off before we used it. The printed controls were pretty much worn off. All in all I would not recommend this property.

Disappointing stay. Seemed more like a university dormitory. Right next to a school and university. Parking was difficult. Interior of the apartment quite shabby and uncomfortable. The cafeteria was more expensive than top hotels in the city.

The apartment itself was not that clean. Especially the room. We stayed just one night but won't go back. Room was cold no heater. Has AC but covered with dust. After my mom had a shower, no hot water. I had to shower in cold water.
