There was no soap n shampoo and no toiletry and I asked the morning front desk staff for 30min late check out n she didn’t gave me 10min late check out worst and horrible staff she was. The morning lady staff was worst and horrible and not cooperative and helpful and she had bad attitude and very very rude. I wish I knew her name. It was on Sunday morning.. Even there was no soap, no shampoo and no any toiletries. Worst. Not at all happy with my stay. I had two rooms.

Good staff but hotel needs to disclose it’s under construction. Gym is too small with broken equipment and all furnitures ( bed, tv, cabinets, door, chair…) really dated. Breakfast is basic but fresh with very attentive staff. Would stay at the hotel after renovation is done.

Breakfast was very basic but fresh and had attentive staff. The property is under construction so there is no lobby (picture is misleading), gym have only three equipment with one broken in a very small room, all furnishings (door, chair safe, fridge, bed, tv...) are really old and dated.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! When I checked in the lady at the desk was being screamed at by someone on the phone by someone that didn't understand cancellation policies when you book with a 3rd party. She showed kindness and grace to them, then turned to me and was kind as could be. All of the staff we encountered shared that same kindness. The room was very clean and the location is just a few minute drive to the metro. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

I stayed in this hotel twice. The first time was nice and remodeled but it seems that not all floors have the remodel. The sheets had holes in it and the shower was tile and just looked questionable versus the other floor was more decent for the price.
