Entrance is a building site

I stayed two nights and that was enough. The entrance is facing a building site with lorries coming and going. On a rainy day it's almost impossible to use the lobby area due to the noise of the machinery. On asking hotels.com to sort it out, I was fobbed off by the hotel manager denying any assistance. The hotel should clearly mention such intrusion of works on their ad page, as it was misrepresentation. Had they been honest nobody would book, as it ruins an holiday wasting time there. Book somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

It's a loud NO!

I hated it. My window faced a concrete wall for starters. The woman is reception was surly, unpleasant and down right rude at times. It's well known that Turkish women dislike female tourists and so are unkind or unhelpful to them therefore. The hotel was sold out to the German market, and in the lobby getting hit on by German and Turkish older men got tiresome as they mistook the "adults only" for meaning a pick up place and not just no small children. The redeeming feature was the restaurant food which was great. The service staff were fabulous and made the hotel easier to tolerate. Without them this place would be unbearable. It's location is good for the beach, but there are many places much better than this grotty one, that's jaded and old.

Well situated hotel near the beach. Staff lovely, rooms comfortable and all was ver6 good. So value for money. Will definitely go again.

Otelde 3 gece kaldım ve genel olarak memnun kaldım.Ustanın eline sağlık yemekleri gayet lezzetliydi ve çeşit yeterliydi.Odalar temizdi.Personel de gayet ilgili ve çok çalışıyordu.Fiyatına göre de gayet uygun bir otel ,malum diğer oteller kapalı olunca burayı tercih ettim merkezde diye.Otelden çıkınca direk Kleopatra plajına giriyorsun tam karşısında.Tek olumsuz yanı Barda oturma yerinde otel müşterisi olmayan kişiler var ,kendi masalarını kurup içiyorlar.3 gece de aynı kişiler vardı ve aynı masalar kurulmuştu.Bence otel müşterisi haricinde kimsenin oraya alınmaması gerekiyor(otel sahibi veya çalışan farketmez ayrı bir yerde kendi ofislerinde içebilirler )Sadece bir öneri bu yanlış anlaşılma olmasın.Çok teşekkür ederim herşey için

For two people for an all inclusive hotel, it was good value. However, you do get what you pay for and the buffet meals were fairly limited as was the alcohol. Location was good, very central and just set back from a good beach. Staff were helpful and cleanliness ok.

4 Night stay in Antalya

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst the place itself is very clean we were disappointed with the availability of the sun beds, people were reserving the beds by placing their towels on the beds beore 0730hrs in the morning and sometimes the night before, The staff did not attempt to stop this even though there are signs placed round the pool telling people not to reserve beds. Only one day were we able to get on a bed and that was late in the afternoon when the sun was going down.
