The room was clean but in dire need of a remodel, mainly carpet, curtains and bedding. It was supposed to be nonsmoking, but the room had a strong cigarette odor, especially in the bathroom, and one duvet had burn holes in it. The armchair had tears and the bottom fabric was falling off, so we ended up covering it with one of the blankets we brought. We did not use the cooktop, but the refrigerator worked fine as did the shower. We had problems with out AC unit, but the cooler evening weather helped, not sure that would be tolerable in warmer months. We had some very loud neighbors, but they shut down at precisely 10pm, so I'm assuming there must be some type of noise ordinance. For what we paid due to last minute booking, it was manageable. In the future, we will probably pick another location, but it worked fine for what we needed.

the kitchenette room doesn't come with any of the cook or dishware or the Keurig advertised. on my second day there, a bedbug crawled up to me and the front desk told me they could move me to an adjacent room, charge me more for a non-adjacent room, or refund the rest of my stay. they also wanted to charge me to use the laundry facilities after the bedbug incident.

The cleaning guy opened the door with out knocking and saw me naked doing my yoga. The. He yelled at me andy husband and children that we would be charged an extra day because we, according to him , was late checking out . How wr we had inquired and gotten a late check out. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and tried her best to help us. Parking is extremely tight.
