Despite messaging the hotel that our arrival would be delayed by 12 hours due to flight delay, upon arrival there was no one there to check us in. Understandably the check in process closes at 7pm and we arrived at 11:15pm. The phone number on the note of the front door for late check-ins did not connect and on one occasion an automated message informed us that the number was not accepting calls at this time. So at 11:15pm, after 36 hours of travel, we had to call other hotels and hope for vacancy.

This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not receive the entry codes until i contacted the management...apparently because my phone number in Hotels.com is a US number. Good luck with that! In summary, welcome to 2026 in hotellerie. Brave New World!
